UNIMAT DB/SL SPINDLE-FEED HAND LEVER and PINION
This is the spindle feed lever ( advance lever ) for the Unimat DB/Sl. This accessory was shipped with every new Unimat, it allows the spindle to be advanced for those important drilling and milling operations.
It appears many of these handles were misplaced as I have had many request for this item, in fact I needed one for one of my machines. After a year of sourcing out suppliers I have had a limited production run of these parts manufactured and finished.
They are machined and hobbed from a high grade tool steel with a finish better than the original, ( the originals were made from plain C.R.S. ).
They are made right here in the USA.

DB/SL BEARINGS
SPINDLE BEARING As you may or may not know. Bearing prices are going through the roof. Two causes are, The Asian market is buying up all the bearing grade steel!! and the devaluation of the Dollar. I now have a high grade US made bearing. My supplier has held the price for a year, but an increase is coming! Replace your noisy or worn out spindle bearings. Bring your spindle run-out back to spec. ( .0005" ). Exact metric replacements. Your DB/SL will hum like new! Instructions included. Replace in sets, ( you will need two bearings ) .

DB/SL REPLACMENT DRILL CHUCK KEY
Seems there were several different suppliers of drill chucks for Edelstall / Emco.
The most common is marked Unimat 12 X 1, my replacement key will only fit this chuck!
Another is it marked Emco E6G and was supplied from two different sources, each with different size key.
I do not offer key for the E6G chuck any longer!
Check your chuck before ordering key. Again, I only have key for Unimat 12 X 1 chuck...
